How do you approach mentorship?
We live in an age of fast-moving technology. If not properly embraced, your business will be left behind. However, there can be a bias in younger executives who want to move too fast to a future state without fully appreciating what got the business to its current state; it is essential to fully understand prior successes and failures. Overhauling a company’s operations, strategy and technology stack is exciting. It may, in fact, be the right course of action, but know what you’re improving before causing excessive operational friction to reinvent the wheel.
What future endeavors are you looking forward to?
I look forward to expanding our AI capabilities in an impactful way; we have enough email generators in the space. I want to use generative AI and LLMs [Large Language Models] to empower decision-makers to use their data without requiring a team to robotically pull data and generate reports. To Main Page
