What professional achievements are you most proud of?
I am proud to lead an organization that includes a team with over 500 years of collective experience, all with a shared vision of helping Utah’s most vulnerable children. This work can be heavy at times; I am proud that our team continues to show up and make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve, cultivating relationships that have led to amazing community support for Utah’s foster families and the children they care for.
How would you describe the culture of your company, and how do you maintain it?
The culture at Utah Foster Care is one of family. We work closely together with a shared vision and passion for helping families and children. It’s a blessing to come together in times of celebration and times of challenge, both professionally and personally.
