How would you describe the culture of your company, and how do you maintain it?
“We’ll figure it out” has become a mantra within the walls of our company. Scaling a business in the midst of a pandemic taught us to be adaptive and flexible. As we were forced to face many issues outside of our control, we learned how to be creative in solving those concerns in a way that always best served our customers. While other meal prep delivery companies struggle post-pandemic, we believe these early lessons established habits that influence our success today.
What are you most looking forward to accomplishing in 2024?
We frequently donate to those in need within our community in addition to supporting Utah Foster Care families, local educators and schools. Recently, we launched our charitable arm, One Big Family, in hopes of being able to multiply our efforts in taking care of those around us. By pooling our resources and expertise, we can create a significant and lasting impact on the lives of those in need. Together, we can combat food insecurity and foster a sense of unity that empowers individuals and families.
