What’s the biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome to get where you are today?
Fear has been my biggest obstacle. Specifically, my own fear of not being enough as a leader and letting other people down. But I see the fear in other people, too: fear of change, fear of doing something differently and possibly failing. Fear is a huge obstacle for many of us.
What organizations do you find most important to support?
We believe it is important to support organizations that embrace neurodiversity in the workplace. We support organizations and activities ranging from academic research efforts to job fairs and educational conferences. To Main Page
