Draper— The Ridge, a new single-family home community by Toll Brothers, will open for sale on July 25, marking the company’s entry into Davis County. Home buyers are invited to visit The Ridge on opening day and during regular sales office hours, Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm
Located at 105 East Edgecrest Lane in North Salt Lake, The Ridge is a community of 85 single family homes with a variety of single and two-story designs ranging from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet. Many of the community’s home sites also offer spectacular mountain, valley and city views.
Priced from the upper $400s, homes at The Ridge feature spacious open concept floor plans, indoor- outdoor living spaces, unique architectural details, and the Smart Home technology Toll Brothers is known for.

Model homes at The Ridge are expected to open in October.
The Ridge is Toll Brothers fourth community under construction in northern Utah. Other communities include Canyon Point at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, Toll Brothers at Edelweiss in Draper, and Toll Brothers at Rosecrest in Herriman. Altogether, Toll Brothers currently has more than 500 new home sites along the Wasatch Front.
