What do you consider one of your most significant achievements and why?

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is developing and enabling leaders. In my experience, much of our performance is tied to my ability to enable and empower everyone to lead their respective business with clarity and confidence. It’s not always easy, but hiring, nurturing and developing leaders is good for the business, great for careers and immensely gratifying.

What challenges have you overcome to get here today?

I grew up in a broken home and abject poverty, which made for a very tough start. For much of my early life, I felt insignificant, anxious and vulnerable. Truthfully, it would’ve been very difficult to escape the gravitational pull of my circumstances without miracles, blessings and help. I am so grateful for the support of my family, the power of education, the opportunity to work and the guiding hand of God. These have made all the difference for me.
