Registrations accepted late July through early September
This annual program gives employees the chance to sound off about their great workplaces and helps businesses and employers learn how they stack up against other Utah companies. A Best Company is one that has discovered and implemented strategies that recognize talent and achievement, keeping employee turnover low and satisfaction high. Policies, benefits, communication and equality all play a part in a Best Company’s makeup.


Forty Under 40

Nominations accepted mid September through mid October
This program recognizes business professionals under the age of 40 who have climbed the corporate ladder quickly, who have become standouts in their field, demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities, created a disruptive technology that has had a major impact in their industry or an entrepreneur who has created a market or industry for a new product and had a high level of success.
