The board was created to help Solutionreach enhance products and go-to-market strategies for its SR Health initiative in a way that resonates with the market and offers a solution for current challenges, such as fragmented workflows and time-consuming patient engagement efforts. The Medical Advisory Board members include (in alphabetical order):
- Laura Concannon, MD, MBA, FACP, Chief Medical Officer, Amita Health, Chicago Metro Region – Dr. Laura Concannon currently serves as CMO for the Chicago Metro Region of Amita Health. She has improved the clinical outcomes for the region by reducing clinical variation and putting in place high-reliability principles to improve patient outcomes and maximize patient safety. Previous to being a CMO, Dr. Concannon spent most of her career in graduate medical education. Dr. Concannon enjoys mentoring colleagues and identifying future leaders. She is involved with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians.
- Scott Holbrook, MS, Partner, Mountain Summit Advisors – Scott Holbrook, a 47-year healthcare technology veteran, is a partner at Mountain Summit Advisors. Scott is one of the founders and owners of KLAS. He has served in executive positions at Intermountain Healthcare, GTE, Sunquest Information Systems, Integrated Medical Networks, Park City Solutions, Medicity and Health Catalyst. Known as an industry innovator and client advocate, Scott is a HIMSS Life-Time Fellow, served on the HIMSS Analytics and HIMSS Boards, and as Vice Chair of HIMSS in 2013-14.
- Brent James, MD, Clinical Professor, Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC), Department of Medicine, Stanford University School of Medicine – Dr. Brent James is known internationally for his work in clinical quality improvement, patient safety, and the infrastructure that underlies successful improvement efforts, such as culture change, data systems, payment methods, and management roles. He is a clinical professor at the Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC), Department of Medicine, Stanford University School of Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physician Executives. He is also a member of the National Academy of Medicine (formerly known as the Institute of Medicine) and participated in that organization’s seminal works on quality and patient safety.
- Marc Probst, MBA, Chief Information Officer, Intermountain Healthcare – Marc Probst is the chief information officer at Intermountain Healthcare, an integrated delivery network (IDN) based in Salt Lake City. He has been involved with information technology and healthcare services for over 30 years. Probst was a partner with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young. He has also served as a board member of several healthcare-related organizations including the Federal Healthcare Information Technology Policy Committee and as the Chair for the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME). Probst was recognized by CHIME and HIMSS as the 2019 John E. Gall Jr. CIO of the Year.

Each expert was asked to join the SR Health Advisory Board because of their long tenure in healthcare and specific experiences with using technology to improve patient experience and outcomes. The board will meet regularly to discuss current trends, evolving challenges, and where SR Health can expand to better facilitate patient-provider engagement.
