Flanker’s beverage program, created by internationally-renowned mixologist and spirits educator Francesco Lafranconi, includes carefully curated cocktails that are a mix of timeless classics and contemporary recipes. With its rich and creamy Bourbon Milk Punch 2.0., Flanker kicks up a notch the classic New Orleans Brunch drink by incorporating Jim Beam Bourbon, Disaronno Amaretto, Half & Half, maple syrup, nutmeg, and a dash of chocolate bitters. Get refreshed with the Gateway Raddler, a tasty mix of Aperol, St-Germain Liqueur, fresh lemon, and Ethereal Leichte Weisse by T.F. Brewing (Salt Lake City). Cocktail craftsmanship is on full display with the Rendezvous, a creative concoction of Tanqueray Sevilla Gin, Waterpocket Notom Amaro, orange rooibos, citrus, and a “rosemary smoke cloud.” Topped with sparkling wine.
The beer menu encompasses craft favorites from Utah’s award-winning breweries alongside domestic and import favorites including eclectic Belgian Trappist selections. The wine offerings include value-driven favorites mixed with lesser-known gems, encouraging guests to explore new regions and varietals to pair with Glass’s dishes.
