Sandy—Resmark Land and Housing, a division of The Resmark Companies, a leading private equity real estate firm, today announced its first investment in for-sale housing in Utah with leading development company Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. The new community, Red Sage, will consist of 150 townhomes at 10600 South and Sandy Sage Way, centrally located in Sandy City. The community is within walking distance of the Sandy Civic Center Station on the TRAX line and adjacent connecting transit lines.

Sandy City is home to Real Salt Lake Rio Tinto Soccer Stadium, The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, the famed new Hale Centre Theatre, and abundant entertainment and shopping.

Red Sage will offer three- and four-bedroom homes with two car garages in two- and three-level duplexes and 4-plexes. Amenities include a pool, spa, cabana, and trailing open spaces. Residents will enjoy several recreational areas located less than two miles away. The homes range in size from approximately 1,600 to 2,500 square feet.

The sales office for Red Sage will open September 23, 2017. Construction has commenced, with model homes anticipated to be completed in November 2017 and first move-ins anticipated in February 2018.
