1) Being right is highly overrated. 2) Empower everyone to “wow” our customers, partners and even vendors. 

What do you consider one of your most significant achievements and why?

It has been a long road, but continuing to grow and improve InfoWest over 30 years has been amazing and humbling. Seeing our logo featured on the New York Stock Exchange with our new parent company (NYSE:BOC) was more than a dream come true.
