Today, ACG Utah proudly announces the winners of the prestigious 2025 Deal of the Year Awards, recognizing exceptional transactions and the visionary leaders driving Utah’s dynamic business landscape. These awards highlight a commitment to recognizing a variety of transactions that collectively reflect the breadth and depth of the deal ecosystem in Utah and the fantastic entrepreneurs and investors who make them happen.
This year’s honorees represent the pinnacle of dealmaking excellence, showcasing strategic acumen, innovative thinking, and significant contributions to the region’s economic growth.
The 2025 Deal of the Year Award winners are:
● Private Equity Deal of the Year: Mo’Bettahs – A quick-serve restaurant chain, focusedon serving authentic Hawaiian food, was awarded for its successful private equity investment, recognizing its strategic growth and potential within the limited-service restaurant industry.
● Strategic Merger Deal of the Year: Spiff – A sales compensation platform, was lauded for its strategic merger, acknowledging the creation of a stronger, more competitive entity and its positive implications for the industry.
● Growth Equity Deal of the Year: Vision Graphics – A commercial printing services company, was commended for its growth equity investment, highlighting its significant market potential and impact on its full-service, offering end-to-end services.
● Public Markets Deal of the Year: Waystar – A comprehensive platform that provides healthcare revenue cycle management solutions, was recognized for its successful public offering, showcasing its groundbreaking technology and contribution to the advancement of administrative efficacy in healthcare.
