Salt Lake City — Colliers is pleased to announce the successful sale-leaseback of 3510 W Directors Row in Salt Lake City, Utah, a premier 105,962-square-foot Class A manufacturing facility. Colliers represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. Flynn Roofing, North America’s largest building envelope contractor, has entered into a long-term leaseback agreement to continue operations at the site.
