Salt Lake City — Colliers has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 2.3 million square feet of office space at The Point, a historic mixed-use site encompassing 6.3 million square feet in Draper, Utah. This historic project represents one of the largest and most innovative developments in the United States, offering a transformative opportunity for businesses seeking premier office environments.

Colliers will oversee pre-leasing for the following key buildings within The Point during Phase 1 construction set to break ground in 2025:

  • Promenade One: A seven-story building with 75,000 square feet of office space and 25,000-square-foot floor plates designed to offer modern amenities and inspiring views.
  • Rockwell One: An eight-story structure providing 225,000 square feet of Class A office space with expansive 37,500-square-foot floor plates aimed at fostering collaboration and productivity.

Phase 1 of The Point is designed to catalyze the entire development, reflecting Utah’s vision for a vibrant, innovation-driven community. It includes a pedestrian-priority area, Central Green and regional trail connections, integrating parks, open spaces and balanced mixed-use development. This phase will also lay critical backbone infrastructure throughout the surrounding community. Colliers’ Brandon Fugal, Josh Smith and Angela Kroneberger will lead marketing and leasing for the development.

The Point is set to become Utah’s leading commercial center, strategically located between its largest labor pool and midway to all major universities along the Wasatch Front. In addition to the 2.3 million square feet of office space, the development will include 380,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, 380,000 square feet of hospitality and 3,200 multifamily units.

The development’s design integrates work, leisure and lifestyle with planned infrastructure such as a new FrontRunner station, TRAX extension and a connection to the regional trail network.
