The new tenant, Nutricost, will use the space primarily for shipping and fulfillment, contributing to its continued growth and expansion as one of Utah County’s most successful companies.
Powerhouse Industrial Park, known for its high-power capacity — Building 2 with over 6,000 amps of 480v 3-phase power — has attracted significant interest since its completion at the end of 2023. Nutricost sought 300,000 square feet under a single roof to create the necessary efficiencies to run a large-scale logistics operation. The power infrastructure was a plus, considering there may be a need to allocate a portion of the space for high-power requirement manufacturing.
