This will be Vessel’s first location in Utah County allowing more Utahns the opportunity to experience this community food staple.
Positioned in the heart of American Fork, at 197 NW State St., Vessel will be bringing its flavor-packed bowls, seasonal salads, tasty tacos and hearty sides to an expanded dining room with more seating than ever before. The founders of Vessel have had their eyes on an American Fork spot for years and after navigating various hurdles, their vision is officially becoming a reality.

Since opening in Park City in 2016, the locally owned restaurant has expanded across the valley and continues to seek opportunities to bring its fresh concept to more people.
