(MLSC Holding Co.), an employee-owned company and regional leader in the specialized distribution of water, groundwater, and construction materials is pleased to announce its acquisition of Ogden Lawn and Garden LLC., a lawn, garden, and grounds equipment supplier, based in Ogden, Utah.
