Salt Lake City — Laurel Brasserie & Bar, a neighborhood American brasserie with a thoroughly modern touch, will open adjacent to the Grand America Hotel on December 1st. Featuring bold flavors and European-inspired techniques, coupled with a stunning decor, Laurel Brasserie & Bar will serve breakfast, Sunday brunch, lunch, Happy Hour, and dinner.

Fresh face, new concept
The new restaurant will be classic in menu and decor, offering approachable food and creative beverage options to delight guests for years to come. Laurel Brasserie & Bar will be centered around a thoughtfully designed bar to activate the grand space. The restaurant is also complimented by spacious private dining rooms, an exhibition oven, and a gorgeous outdoor patio slated to open in the spring.

Laurel Brasserie & Bar’s menu features classic European cuisine presented with a modern American twist. The menu will offer bites & starters, soups & salads, handcrafted pasta, mains, and compliments – built on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients presented as familiar comfort foods with bold flavors.
Guests can imbibe with a classic drink or one of Laurel Brasserie & Bar’s signature specialty cocktails like the Great Basin Tamarind Sour or the Lemon Tart. Those looking to go lighter can choose to go entirely spirit-free with a zero-proof mocktail. Laurel Brasserie & Bar is proud to offer a diverse dining selection, all without breaking the bank which allows guests to visit multiple times per week for a variety of different occasions. Happy Hour, which will take place from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., and Late Night Happy Hour from 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. every day, will offer food selections at half price.Coffee & Connections changes lives
A community favorite, Bonne Vie will reopen after a refresh inside the Laurel Brasserie & Bar space. Spoiling guests with homemade treats including golden croissants, creamy gelato, and the iconic pastel macarons in an endless variety of flavors, Bonne Vie is a neighborhood cafe and coffee bar offering exceptional baked goods and ice cream. Open 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
