Salt Lake City — Peterson Partners, LLC, together with Trilogy Search Partners, Maven Equity, and other investors, has invested in Ennoble Care LLC, a leading primary, palliative, and hospice care provider with operations across the Eastern US Healthcare entrepreneur Kush Das will join Ennoble Care as Chairman & CEO, and Ennoble Care founders Daniel and Avi Stokar will remain involved in key executive roles. Peterson’s investment will fund the expansion of Ennoble providers into new markets and increase its penetration in existing markets to meet the growing demand for palliative and home-based care, with a focus on value-based and patient-first care.
“Ennoble Care provides high-quality patient care to frail seniors, with thousands served during the pandemic through tens of thousands of community-based patient encounters. Daniel and Avi’s relentless focus on enabling clinicians to focus on patient care and experience is what attracted us most to the partnership,” says Kush Das, founder of Circa Health and incoming CEO of Ennoble Care. “Our value-based care and growth operations toolkit along with Ennoble’s tech-enabled, the clinical operation will provide tremendous value for our patients and their communities.”
Ennoble Care empowers aging seniors to remain living at home by utilizing hands-on support programs along with proprietary technology and infrastructure. Through an economy of care and services, Ennoble ensures convenience, privacy, and the optimal continuum of care to enable “real aging in place.”
“Ennoble Care provides a spectrum of home-based primary, palliative, and hospice care to patients, ensuring a continuum of care for patients no matter their needs,” says Dan Hanks, Principal with Peterson Partners. “We are passionate about helping great people build great businesses. Incoming CEO Kush Das is not only an outstanding entrepreneur with extensive healthcare and value-based care experience but also started in the industry as a clinician. We are thrilled to be backing Ennoble and the critical service they provide.”
Ennoble’s Primary Care Program is able to monitor and maintain the health and wellbeing of patients with limited mobility through regular home visits and a proactive approach to care coordination, while Ennoble’s Palliative Care Program is offered in conjunction with disease-modifying therapies, home care services, physical therapy, and occupational therapy and is offered in a variety of settings, from home to Assisted Living so that patients have access to symptom management and comfort care, when and where they need it most.
Ennoble’s Hospice Care is an interdisciplinary care program for individuals with life-limiting conditions who are no longer seeking aggressive treatments. Hospice provides a holistic approach to caring by providing physical, spiritual, and emotional support under the guidance of a Board-Certified Physician, Nurse Case Manager, Clinical Social Worker, and Pastoral Support. Hospice patients have access to a 24/7/365 support line where a Registered Nurse can be reached to address concerns, as well as be dispatched to the patient’s home should the need arise for additional medical support.
