The PHASE Alliance™, a Utah-based nonprofit dedicated to combating sexual exploitation, has announced Jen Dyer as their Chief Operations Officer. Her new role will oversee the business operations, fundraising efforts and strategic growth of PHASE Alliance™ and its three founding organizations—Fight the New Drug (FTND), the Elizabeth Smart Foundation (ESF), and the Malouf Foundation™. Dyer previously worked as Director of Development for PHASE Alliance™.

“I’m incredibly passionate about this cause, and I’m grateful to be a part of PHASE Alliance™ as we expand our efforts to fight sexual exploitation,” Dyer shared. “PHASE stands out in a lot of ways. By bringing together the strengths of our three founding organizations, we’re able to make a deeper impact in our communities and provide stronger support for survivors. Last year marked the beginning of this journey, and we have several exciting initiatives in progress for 2025.”

As Chief Operations Officer, Dyer works with her team to advance the development and impact of each founding organization and their programs. These include the Harms of Porn Awareness Program by Fight the New Drug, Smart Defense by the Elizabeth Smart Foundation and the OnWatch™ training by the Malouf Foundation™. She also analyzes future initiatives to ensure they align with the organization’s goals while maintaining strong relationships with donors.

Dyer brings over 13 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning and donor relations. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, from developing critical partnerships and engaging key stakeholders to designing impactful events that raise awareness and support important causes. She has consulted for several non-profit organizations and currently serves on the board of directors at the Carry On Foundation.
