Holland & Hart is pleased to announce the election of two new partners to their Salt Lake City office effective January 1, 2025. Melissa Reynolds and Steve Suflas have been elected to the firm’s partnership. Reynolds provides counsel to clients on enforcement and compliance issues involving natural resources, with an emphasis on water quality and water rights. Suflas leverages more than four decades of national experience, providing strategic counsel and pragmatic guidance to help employers respond to employment and labor law issues.

“These newly elected partners exemplify an unwavering commitment to outstanding legal service and client support, which are pivotal to our firm’s mission,” said Chris Balch, firm chair. “These talented lawyers represent the next generation of the firm. Their leadership in nurturing client relationships, teamwork across practice areas, and dedication to upholding and enhancing our firm’s distinct culture is integral to our success.”

In addition to the partnership news, Holland & Hart is happy to share that real estate associate Shad Edwards has rejoined the firm in Salt Lake City. Edwards represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including real estate lending, development, land use, and renewable energy.
