Lehi, UT—Mornings in Utah are about to get elevated. Mimosa flights, elaborately topped hash potatoes, and gold-flaked bacon are just a few of the cool culinary creations from Arizona-based Hash Kitchen, which officially opens in Draper Wednesday, Nov. 15.
Created by concept king and celebrity chef, Joey Maggiore, his wife Cristina Maggiore, and their business partner, Flora Tersigni, the Draper opening marks a number of firsts for the trendsetting brunch spot. This will be Hash Kitchen’s first location in Utah, the first outside of Arizona, and the first to unveil its brand new Build-Your-Own Donut Bar – an exclusive offering for Utahns.
“We’re thrilled to be shaking up the brunch scene in a whole new state,” said Joey Maggiore, co-founder of the Scottsdale-based The Maggiore Group that created Hash Kitchen in 2015. “Utah is going to fall in love with our flavor-forward dishes, dazzling decor, and electric atmosphere.”
Hash Kitchen Draper is glowing with good vibes. From the stunning shimmer wall to gorgeous greenery to playful wall art, every corner of the store is as fun as it is Instagrammable. Plus, there will be a DJ on the weekends to keep the good vibes flowing.
The innovative brand — famous for its Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar — was purchased in 2021 by Savory Fund, a Utah-based private equity firm. Since its inception, the group has built a reputation for spotting and successfully scaling up-and-coming restaurant concepts.
“Hash Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind experience we instantly fell in love with, and we can’t wait for our home state to enjoy this bombshell brunch concept,” said Andrew K. Smith, co-founder and managing partner at Savory. “Joey, Cristina, and Flora have been incredible partners, and we’re excited to grow this out-of-the-box brand and bring that Hash Kitchen charm to communities all over the country.”
Located at 264 East 12300 South in Draper, the new Hash Kitchen will neighbor T.J. Maxx and JOANN Fabrics & Crafts, and is across the street from the Draper Peaks Mall.
Operating hours for the new Hash Kitchen will be Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Friday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.For regular updates on Hash Kitchen, visit www.hashkitchen.com or the following social media platforms:
