What do you consider one of your most significant achievements and why?

One of my most significant achievements was my ability to bring people together to help respond to COVID-19. I gathered a team of our best people and started partnering with health care organizations and state governments to build a comprehensive management solution and a publicly available COVID tracker. It was a rare opportunity to see how quickly a team can work and have insights when you need them.

How do you approach mentorship?

Someone I admire deeply once told me, “We are all just walking each other home.” It might seem cheesy, but I believe we have an inescapable obligation to help each other. If you take that mentality, then org charts, work priorities and internal battles all fall away; you’re left with what really matters: helping people achieve incredible results.
