President, Broadband Communication Systems | L3Harris Technologies
Before her tenure at L3Harris, Lauren sported 15 years of aerospace leadership experience at The Boeing Company, where she managed the schedule and execution of a $9B United States Air Force airplane program. She first joined L3Harris Technologies as VP of program management and was promoted to president of Broadband Communications Systems (BCS) just three months later. She is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and the day-to-day operations of BCS, including business planning, program execution, customer service and the development and growth of a 3,600+ employee workforce. Out of the office, she champions local initiatives like the Martin Luther King, Jr. Week Gala through the University of Utah.
What is an accomplishment you’re very proud of?
I’m really proud of the talented people, leaders and teams I’ve helped grow. Nothing makes me smile more than seeing people grow into the best versions of themselves — inside and outside of the office. Watching that and being part of that is inspiring and uplifting. It’s something we can do for anyone at any level.
What advice would you give to young women looking to succeed in your field?
Find your voice and use it. Success means different things to different people, but we all seek purpose and contribution to the community. Knowing how you define that, whatever “that” is, and using your voice to advocate for it and yourself — that’s what makes a difference. To Main Page
