Orem—Jive Communications, Inc. announced the launch of the Jive Foundation. The express purpose of the Jive Foundation is to provide support through financial contributions to nonprofit organizations. Jive employees can refer 501(c)(3) charities to the Foundation, and a decision-making committee reviews all submissions and selects from the recommendations.
The Jive Foundation caps off a year of community service for Jive. To celebrate the company’s 10-year anniversary, Jive employees completed 10 acts of service, ranging from blanket drives and book donations, to spending time with Utah veterans and helping at the Humane Society of Utah.
“Jive is doing so much good in the community,” said Sergeant Brady Zaugg, who was over the Utah Highway Patrol blanket drive, “We have seen the impact of their efforts directly, and we are so grateful for companies like Jive that understand the importance of community outreach, and we feel blessed for all of their support.”
John Pope, CEO of Jive, also commented on the Foundation, saying, “We’ve reached many milestones this past year, but The Jive Foundation is really special. It’s a chance to give back to the community that has given us opportunities to thrive and grow, and we’re excited to see our employees get involved and have a direct impact on causes they’re passionate about.”
