Silicon Slopes—Sales acceleration software leader InsideSales.com announced the expansion of its enterprise SaaS technology in Europe and Asia Pacific (APAC), adding to its proven success in North America.

This integration coincided with the installation of a Predictive Playbooks pod in Dublin, Ireland. Today, we are announcing our expansion to Asia-Pacific, with a Predictive Playbooks pod in Singapore and carrier connections in Hong Kong and Singapore. These installations combine to extend our in-region reach to accelerate a global enterprise’s sales motion, and is the next step in our global expansion strategy.”

InsideSales’ solutions are built on an advanced, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform that delivers predictive insights at each stage of the sale funnel. This enables sales professionals to prioritize and manage the best prospects, accounts and activities using personalized contact strategies in their browser with integrated communication tools to accelerate their sales motion. The introduction of the Singapore pod will allow APAC-based companies to sync with their customer relationship management (CRM) solution and place international calls at near-zero latency and high quality.

Tests performed by InsideSales.com showed that after introducing the Playbooks SaaS system in its InsideSales Dublin data center earlier this year, latency improved 2x compared with use of a US-based system. The expansion of the Playbooks technology in APAC is expected to improve execution speeds 4x for sales representatives in region.

“Enterprise sales cultures do not tolerate any room for latency,” shared Steve Brain, chief technology officer and chief product officer of InsideSales.com. “Sales reps need to be instantly connected with prospects and customers, no matter where they are around the globe. We tested our products early in the development cycle using telephony aggregation services. These third-party services couldn’t provide the security, reliability, speed, connect times, and call quality our enterprise customers expect, so we invested in building our own. We control our own telephony network around the globe for optimal service. This is something our competitors simply can’t offer since they don’t control the telephony infrastructure on which their products are built.”

InsideSales Predictive Playbooks architecture is based on real-time equity trading systems models, where fast response times and enterprise stability are vital, Brain added. Playbooks pods exist globally, with reps accessing the most local and efficient node, with all activity data being asynchronously sent back to their global centralized Salesforce.com system of record.
