What do you consider one of your most significant achievements and why?

Earning my Spartan Trifecta, followed by a bunch of Spartan weekends where I kept surpassing my personal records and placed really well in the opens. Obstacle course racing has given me a mindset to carry through all aspects of life. There is always a way past the obstacle.

How do you approach mentorship?

If you consider someone a mentor and they offer advice, take it. A mentor will have your best wishes at heart and can see a bigger picture than you can. Give them reasons to advocate for you, and they will — and they will teach you how to advocate for yourself.
