Salt Lake City — With the start of the New Year still in mind, Employers Council invites businesses to participate in its 2020 surveys to create the most comprehensive and reliable compensation and benefits surveys for Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Employers should mark their calendars and prepare employees to participate in these important surveys to continue to create the best workplaces.

“Our surveys continue to increase in quality and breadth, as we have more and more employers participate every year and it’s our pleasure to provide this valuable data and incredible resource back to businesses in our region,” Ryan D. Nelson, president of Employers Council’s Utah office. “By participating in these surveys, employers and HR managers are proactively finding ways to better their businesses and are given an opportunity to compare practices across multiple states. We hope companies will participate in this year’s surveys.”

This year’s Employers Council Core Compensation & Benefit Survey topics include HR metrics, benchmark compensation and information technology, health & welfare plans, planning packet surveys and paid time off policies. The questionnaires will be distributed throughout the year and final results will be published approximately three months after the initial questionnaire.

2020 Core Compensation and Benefits Survey Schedule:
