How do you approach mentorship?

Mentors are so vital to an individual’s success. Early in my career, I heard someone share that as a female executive, your arms should always be tired — one is being pulled up by a mentor ahead of you, and with the other, you should be pulling someone behind you. It is just as important to look for mentorship as it is to provide it.

What future endeavors are you looking forward to?

Technology and innovation are completely changing how we work and do business. As a self-diagnosed technology and process improvement enthusiast, I’m eager to see the exponential gains from recent technological advancements such as artificial intelligence. I would love to look back 20 years from now and laugh at what we thought we knew.
