In one of the most exciting recent moves in the Utah office market, Clearlink has signed a lease on 135,000 square feet located 42 Future Way in Draper, securing a new central location for its headquarters in Utah. In bringing employees back into the workplace following the pandemic, the company has made the quality of the workspace experience a priority.

“The decision to move to 42 Future Way is the ultimate game changer for our company”, said James Clarke, CEO and founder of Clearlink. “Planting Clearlink’s technology flag in the heart of Silicon Slopes strengthens our ability to recruit, our visibility in the community and is a newfound competitive edge with our clients.”

Brandon Fugal, Utah chairman of Colliers represented Clearlink in the landmark transaction. “This new headquarters will provide unmatched onsite amenities and services for Clearlink employees and clients, including conference facilities, world class cafeteria and fitness facilities – all with immediate freeway access at the Point of the Mountain,” said Fugal.

“In a world where virtual has become the norm, augmenting our physical has already yielded a myriad of dividends. We are incredible grateful for Brandon and his team for their herculean efforts involved with executing and completing an extremely complicated transaction,” said Clarke.

Moving into the new Class A office campus originally designed for Pluralsight in Draper, Clearlink was able to take advantage of plug & play ready space with new furniture systems, fixtures and conference facilities. Those benefits coupled with access to onsite amenities drove the decision to consolidate both the former headquarters located at the Salt Lake International Center and Utah County offices into a new centrally located headquarters.

Last year, Utah-based Clarke Capital Partners joined forces with Sitel Group®, one of the largest global providers of customer experience (CX) products and solutions, to drive the growth of Clearlink as a tech-enabled, omnichannel platform that empowers customers to make well-informed decisions around daily purchases. Under the terms of the partnership, Clarke Capital has bought a significant interest in Clearlink and assumed management of the company. Founded in 2001 in Salt Lake City, Utah, Clearlink is committed to creating the best possible online experiences.
