What challenges have you overcome to get here today?
While managing the responsibilities and deliverables associated with my CFO title comes fairly naturally to me, the EVP part of my title was always a bit harder. I’ve built a team capable of handling the day-to-day tasks of my functional areas, which freed up time meant to be used for team member and leadership development, as well as heightened involvement throughout the credit union and community.
