CCIM Utah recognized three top professionals from Colliers as business leaders gathered at the Grand America Hotel for the 2021 Excellence Awards. The CCIM Excellence Awards ceremony annually recognizes leaders who have made an exceptional impact on their communities by exemplifying the highest degree of business excellence in Utah’s commercial real estate industry.
“We congratulate the over 40 finalists recognized for their incredible achievements in 2020 and for sacrificing charitably in their respective communities,” said Lew Cramer, CEO of Colliers Utah “It is an honor to work and associate with such respected professionals who elevate Utah’s economy.”
Each year, the Utah CCIM Chapter board of directors selects three finalists in each category of brokerage and awards one professional the prestigious Top Broker of the Year designation. Colliers Utah achieved top honors at the ceremony with three out of nine nominated finalists winning awards. Brandon Fugal was named Office Broker of the Year, Jarrod Hunt was named Industrial Broker of the Year and Rusty Bollow was named Specialty Broker of the Year
In addition to these Broker of the Year wins, seven additional brokers from Colliers were recognized for closing Top Deals of the Year. Rusty Bollow, Ryan Flint, Bobby Stevens received Top Industrial Lease of the Year. Josh Smith, Rob Moore, Tyson Moore and Dan Moore received Top Retail Lease of the Year. Brandon Olsen received the Top Specialty Sale of the Year. Howard Layton won top Specialty Lease of the Year.
