Silicon Slopes—The Salt Lake office of CBRE announced that the second floor of Traverse Ridge Center II has been fully leased. Three new tenants—Boomsourcing, LLC; SecureNet Technologies, LLC; and Peak Ventures, LLC—each secured leases of approximately 5,000 square feet amounting to a combined total of 15,416 square feet. Eric Smith and Laurie Adair of CBRE represented the landlord, Perry Commercial, and Eric Woodley of Woodley Real Estate represented the tenants.
Traverse Ridge Center II is a Class A office building consisting of 150,000 square feet. Now 89-percent leased, the building is part of Traverse Ridge Center, a 22-acre, master-planned business park in Lehi being developed by Perry Commercial. Its prime location in the heart of Silicon Slopes features easy access to I-15, public transit—including a future UTA TRAX stop—and a variety of local amenities.
“Perry Commercial strives to build the economy by securing strong tenants in their investment properties,” commented Smith, senior vice president. “The Silicon Slopes market is strong; there is high demand for new office space, especially for tech companies like Boomsourcing, SecureNet and Peak Ventures. The fact that Traverse Ridge has a prime location east of I-15 was a major influence in the decision for these tenants.”
Traverse Ridge Center is planned to consist of three office buildings and an on-site hotel, when finished. Centers I and II have each been constructed, while Center III is slated to begin construction in the Spring of 2018. The hotel has broken ground and is expected to be completed by Spring 2018 as well. Upon completion, the park will total nearly 385,000 square feet of office space.
“My clients were looking for a way to insert themselves into this thriving market and Traverse Ridge provided them the perfect opportunity to do so,” remarked Eric Woodley, managing partner and principal broker. “The excellent location, building amenities, easy access and visibility make this space a great fit for all three companies.”
