Salt Lake City—CBRE announced Wednesday that it has negotiated a 33,000-square-foot lease for TaskEasy, an automated property maintenance organization headquartered in Salt Lake City. Barb Johnson and Vic Galanis, first vice presidents in the Salt Lake City office of CBRE, represented TaskEasy in the transaction.
“TaskEasy was outgrowing their current location and was looking for office space to assist the company in attracting and retaining employees,” commented Johnson. “They sought a building that would add to the energy and culture of their team by providing on-site amenities and training rooms, as well as give them additional space to expand the business. Their new location meets all those objectives.”
TaskEasy’s new space is located at 669 South West Temple in Salt Lake City; they plan to relocate from their current space in South Salt Lake in February of 2018.
Since 2013, TaskEasy has provided state-of-the-art services to property managers, owners and individuals throughout the United States via a powerful ecosystem that automates and audits exterior property maintenance services, manages exceptions, and provides reporting and accountability to clients. TaskEasy recently received an influx of venture capital funding as well as secured post-tax incentives from the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED).
“We’re very excited about the opportunities our new offices provide us moving forward,” says Jeff Davis, TaskEasy CFO. “Our new office space allows us to scale with our growth and expectations to better serve our customers, contractors, and employees. This was the right move for us.”
