Specifically, Canopy users will soon be able to not only sync contacts, service items and invoices but also process payments and deposits seamlessly between the two platforms, giving accounting professionals transparency and time savings.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is used to track the financial health of an accounting firm, while Canopy manages and tracks overall business health like staff efficiency, client relationships, client communications, billing and collections, and engagement profitability. With this integration, Canopy users no longer need to switch between multiple systems on a daily basis.

  • Three-for-one: When Canopy customers integrate with QBO, if they update their contacts in Canopy they are also updated in QBO and ProConnect Tax Online.

QBO integration is included in the Standard Canopy package with no additional cost. Payments and deposits integration will be added in the coming month.
