Salt Lake City—Big League Utah, a broad-based community coalition working to bring a Major League Baseball expansion team to Utah, launched a public survey to gather insights, preferences and feedback regarding a potential team and a new stadium.

Community input is part of Big League Utah’s economic feasibility study and the coalition invites the public to share its thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics including design, seating and ticket packages, amenities and offerings within a potential stadium.

The survey can be accessed here: https://slc2023.sawtoothsoftware.com/SL/cgi bin/ciwweb.pl?studyname=SLC&id=OL. The deadline to complete the survey is September 4, 2023.

All concepts, seating products, and related pricing are purely hypothetical and for research purposes only.

MLB has recently expressed interest in expanding the league from 30 to 32 teams, providing opportunities for fans throughout North America to further engage with baseball and enhancing the league’s competitiveness. Like baseball’s brightest stars, Utah is a five-tool player for its growth, economy, location, sports culture and quality of life, and is well-positioned to secure a Major League team.

Big League Utah believes Utah is the “Future of America’s Pastime,” and is ready to welcome an MLB expansion franchise to the Beehive State.

Big League Utah invites baseball fans of all ages to join the effort and to visit www.bigleagueutah.com to learn more.
