Under Elizabeth’s direction, L3Harris has achieved remarkable recruitment success, bringing 68 interns and 81 new college graduates into the organization in 2024 alone. This influx of emerging talent has been crucial to building a sustainable pipeline in an industry where specialized skills are increasingly scarce.
Elizabeth’s impact extends well beyond corporate boundaries. She has pioneered the BCS Community Partnerships Campaign, creating meaningful connections with educational institutions like Granite Technical High School, the University of Utah and Utah State University. Her collaboration with SkillBridge and Hill Air Force Base provides valuable opportunities for active or transitioning service members, demonstrating her commitment to supporting career development.
