Her extensive background with companies like Wex Inc., MarketStar, Flying J, Kohl’s and Sears has honed her skills in recruiting, human resources operations and leadership development.
Brooke pioneered Weave’s flexible work environment, rejecting one-size-fits-all approaches in favor of team-specific solutions. This tailored strategy has created a balanced workforce where 11 percent work in the office, 47 percent follow hybrid schedules, and 28 percent operate fully remotely — significantly reducing workplace anxiety while boosting satisfaction and productivity.
