Mike Littledike has transformed Capita Financial Network through personable leadership and innovative growth strategies, nearly doubling assets under management to $2 billion since 2021. His client acquisition approach connects high-net-worth individuals with tailored, advisor-first consultations while challenging industry norms by promoting women in finance.

In 2024, Capita opened a new Draper headquarters, grew staff by 25 percent for the second straight year and launched divorce financial counseling. The company provides free education through “The Financial Call” podcast. Mike actively supports Down syndrome charities, UVU’s business program and the Become More charity in Cambodia.

What has been a significant challenge you’ve faced? How did you overcome it?

The growing pains of building a company. … [Overcoming] them comes with a large price tag on executive and management talent in order to grow while keeping our culture and client experience unified.

What major achievements has your company accomplished under your leadership?

We went from $0 to $2 billion AUM [Assets Under Management] in 10 years through organic growth. We also just finished our new Capita office building in Draper, Utah, which is something I’ve wanted to do since 2008.
