Under her guidance, the Ogden-based SaaS startup has grown from zero to 51 employees in just four years, increasing revenue by 100 percent annually while expanding staff by nearly 25 percent in 2024 alone. Candie’s commitment to exceptional workplace culture includes implementing a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive parental leave policies.
What has been a significant challenge you’ve faced? How did you overcome it?
This constantly evolving industry is always on the lookout for changes within the user privacy landscape, and the last few years have been chock-full of them. Changes in this space … can feel incredibly daunting because with them will come the need for all of us to completely overhaul our approach to data and advertising. We’ve used the constant threat of change as an opportunity to evolve a new gold standard of privacy-first analytics and advertising technologies that do much better than what is legally required. Staying on top of this leaves us far less vulnerable if and when the industry weathers these changes.
What are you most looking forward to accomplishing in 2025?
In 2025, we’re looking forward to taking what we’ve built within the travel and tourism industry and scaling it into other verticals like retail, attractions and economic development. We can’t wait to show our innovation around some of the new big data sets we’ve been working with.
