Under her leadership, Just Ingredients has expanded to over 200 products and formed partnerships with Utah’s top sports teams, including the Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club. In 2024, the company more than doubled revenue, tripled retail revenue, expanded from 600 to over 2,250 retail locations including Whole Foods Market, added 42 employees and launched 64 new products. These achievements earned Just Ingredients fifth place in the Utah Business Fast 50 and seventh in the Utah 100 — all while building a social media following of 1.2 million on Instagram.

For me, it’s all about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives — whether that’s helping someone adopt a healthier lifestyle or providing a product they can trust. … Our incredible employees play a crucial role in defining success for us. I’m deeply grateful for the team we’ve built, as their hard work and contributions are at the very core of our journey.
How has your company grown recently?
As a relatively new company, we’ve seen double-digit growth year after year. Our product offerings have expanded from just a handful in 2021 to over 200 today. We’re proud to have become the official health and wellness partner of the Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club, gaining national recognition and opening doors in professional sports.
