How do you define success for yourself and your company?

When my teammates tell me this is the best job they’ve ever had. Today at lunch, an employee told me he likes every person in our company. I love to see that our people have mutual respect for all functions and levels of the company. That’s success!

What major achievements has your company accomplished under your leadership?

Since our team took over VidAngel four years ago, we have more than tripled our subscriber base and our bonus distribution to our employees. Fun fact: Last year, we filtered 106,231,913 F-words for our subscribers.
