What is your go-to business strategy?
I’m in the client service industry. Plenty of lawyers are good at identifying problems and legal issues for clients, but I know it’s my responsibility to identify the problem and present my clients with options to solve the problem. Fundamentally, my job is to make my clients’ jobs easier.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
One of the most rewarding parts of being an attorney is making a meaningful impact through pro bono work. I recently worked on a case where our team helped secure the rights for student-athletes on F1 visas to play varsity sports in Utah, allowing them to continue their education and athletic pursuits. It is rewarding to advocate for fairness, fight for the underrepresented and ensure that the justice system upholds its promise of equality.
