What are you looking forward to accomplishing most in 2025?
Continuing to push the limits of what’s possible in our projects. In 2023, we opened the Black Desert Golf Course. In 2024, we hosted the first PGA (Professional Golf Association) event in Utah in 60 years. In 2025, we will be hosting both an LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) and a PGA event again. We are just getting started.
What does success look like to you?
Success is the ability to create lasting value for both the communities we develop and the stakeholders we work with. It’s about delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of today’s market and have staying power. This means designing unique spaces that improve lives, contribute to the local economy and enhance the environment. On a personal level, success looks like consistently exceeding expectations. Ultimately, it’s about leaving a legacy of well-designed, sustainable developments that people will enjoy for years to come.
