What is one thing you are most proud of accomplishing in your career thus far?
One of my proudest accomplishments has been owning and operating a business with my wife. Running a business together was a unique and challenging experience that taught us so much about patience, teamwork and resilience. It strengthened our partnership, both professionally and personally, and gave us the opportunity to grow in ways we hadn’t imagined. … That chapter in my career isn’t just about professional success — it’s a testament to what can be achieved when two people share a vision and work together to make it happen.
What is the most rewarding part of your industry?
Working in the industrial construction industry is incredibly rewarding because it allows me to do something larger than myself. The projects we take on play a vital role in powering communities, advancing infrastructure and shaping America’s future. There’s something deeply fulfilling about knowing that the work we do has a tangible impact — whether it’s bringing energy to homes, enabling businesses to operate or building spaces where people can thrive.
