What is one thing you are most proud of accomplishing in your career thus far?
I take immense pride in the global work I’ve had the privilege of leading, especially in partnering with clients whose office space requirements span beyond Utah and the United States. I’ve found great fulfillment in evaluating the distinct needs of each location and conducting comprehensive market trend analysis to deliver actionable, insightful intelligence. None of this would be possible without the strong network of real estate professionals I’ve cultivated over the years. Expanding both my network and industry expertise is something I deeply value, as it enables me to offer a level of service that distinguishes me in the field.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
What makes commercial real estate particularly rewarding is the opportunity to create lasting value for both clients and communities. By assisting businesses in securing spaces that facilitate their growth or revitalizing underutilized properties, you have the chance to engage with key stakeholders, gaining insight into their expertise, strategies and objectives.
