What is the most rewarding part of your job?
More than half of Americans rely on their employer for healthcare coverage, making it one of the most significant expenses businesses face. Employers are continually balancing the desire to provide quality care for employees and their families while also managing rising costs. Helping employers find the right solution to these challenges is incredibly rewarding.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Prioritize authentic relationships. The people you surround yourself with will shape your journey as much as your own efforts. I’ve been very lucky to have great mentors and teammates who have given me perspective, taught me important skills, and cared about my development and success. I’d also encourage patience. Success takes time, and the path is often winding and unpredictable.
