What is one thing you are most proud of accomplishing in your career thus far?
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to grow in my career and even more so for the chance to empower other women in tech. One of my greatest joys has been helping women — particularly working mothers — see the potential within themselves and supporting them in building paths to continued growth and success. Knowing I’ve contributed, even in small ways, to their confidence and advancement is something I’m truly proud of.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Focus on consistently showing up every day and being a reliable, steady team member. It’s not about making huge leaps all at once — it’s about trying a little harder each day and trusting that the small, consistent efforts will compound over time into something remarkable.
