What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing people of all ages discover — or rediscover — their passion for art in our space. It’s incredibly fulfilling to watch beginners grow in confidence and skill, and even more so when some of them pursue art so wholeheartedly that it becomes their full-time career.
What does success look like to you?
Success is about making a meaningful difference in my immediate community as a small business owner, creating a space where people connect, grow and feel inspired. It’s about supporting local artists, fostering creativity and contributing to the vibrancy of South Salt Lake. Personally, I believe that success means finding balance: continuing to grow Workshop SLC without losing sight of what’s truly important.
