What is one thing you are most proud of accomplishing in your career thus far?

Aside from handling the transition to a virtual model from an in-person model for Nightingale College’s students in a short amount of time, much of my pride comes from helping my organization with the appropriate revenue and financial resources so we can grow successfully. When I started at the organization in 2016, we were barely making it in terms of revenue. Eight years later, we are exceeding expectations with earnings in the millions.

What is your go-to business strategy?

When it comes to finance, one of the leading business strategies I implement is the creation of a pathway for how we spend money. When my fellow employees approach me and say they want to use the company’s resources to accomplish something, I look at the situation from their perspective. It is essential not to go straight to “no.” Looking at what we can do for our employees and their needs at the current moment is a priority in my business process because, in the end, it will affect the organization as a whole.
